Postural Imbalances

Potential causes to postural imbalances, feeling asymmetrical, and being off.

There is no substitute for a face-to-face physical therapy evaluation to find the root cause to asymmetries and other multi-system dysfunctions. Sometimes collaboration with other healthcare professions is needed including a dentist and optometrist. 

Case Study Part 1: One side of the body feeling twisted.

Patient [Chris] is dealing with stiffness in the right shoulder, hip and low back, along with a pinch on the right side of his neck.  I commonly see these symptoms expressed as a “twisting sensation or lack of grounding“.  Watch as I take Chris through a physical therapy assessment.
